RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How to return or exchange your order with us?
There are few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.
You can return unwanted items by post within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
Please let us know that you want to return or exchange.
Please remember to ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all elements.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty.
Please obtain a proof of postage for your own peace of mind as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

Furniture purchased under a distance contract (online or by phone) can be returned in accordance with your rights under the
Consumer Contracts (information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs). Except for the items of
furniture listed below in the Exclusions section, you can cancel your purchase and return the item if you inform us within 14
days from the date of delivery of goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it’s damaged or faulty.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Until the item has been returned to us, you will be required to keep the item
in the same condition as it was in when delivered to you. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any item you return
to us and make deductions to the refund paid to you on account of any use of the item or any damage to the product
or packaging. Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the item back at our warehouse.
We do not offer exchanges on furniture items. If you change your mind return must be made and new order placed.
For damage in transport please remember that You are responsible for checking the condition of the products delivered and
must highlight any issues with the courier and sign the courier’s note.
If a furniture or parts of it are damaged, and this couldn’t be identified on arrival, please contact us within 14 days with
evidence such as photos and we’ll make sure that the manufacturer investigates it and replaces damaged parts. If the furniture
cannot be fixed the manufacturer will replace the whole piece of furniture or you’ll be entitled to a full refund.
We do not accept returns on mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging. We do not accept returns on
personalised, bespoke and made to measure items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
